In-depth knowledge of US employment laws and familiarity with international labor regulations

Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams and projects, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
Benefits
The total compensation for this role is between $120,000 - $155,000
This salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation for this position in California
Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package

Maintain accurate HR records, including onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits, and compliance data, utilizing HRIS systems such as BambooHR
Oversee visa processes and global mobility

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager (Global) to lead and manage a comprehensive range of human resources activities across our US and international teams.
