Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to supporting various HR functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and payroll initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, project management experience, and familiarity with leading HRIS platforms. Duties
Manage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Coordinate talent acquisition processes with recruiting efforts from sourcing to onboarding.
Support employee relations initiatives by facilitating communication between staff and management; assist with conflict resolution and employee engagement programs.
Oversee payroll processing using systems such as Quadrant and LGI; ensure timely data collection and accuracy.
Assist in training & development programs by scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining training records.
Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR decision-making; prepare reports on HR metrics for leadership review.
Support administrative tasks including data entry, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, and maintaining HR documentation.
Experience
Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Quadrant, LGI or similar systems.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Hands-on experience in talent acquisition processes.
Familiarity with payroll systems such as CAFT.
Background in employee relations, training & development programs, and change management initiatives.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with employees at all levels.
Administrative experience supporting human resources functions including data collection, reporting, and documentation management.
