Challenger App is the #1 gamified learning platform for Kerala psc examinations. We are having over 10 lakhs+ app downloads and over 4.6 star store rating. This is a real -time learning platform that gives an adrenaline rush to our users.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 1 year experience in target-based outbound sales ( Edu-tech experience preferred)
Smart sales passionate freshers who have attempted any Kerala PSC competitive exams
Must be fluent in Malayalam
Any graduates/diploma/post graduates can apply
Immediate joiners are preferred
Job Attraction : The basic pay for the Job is Rs 10000, Since its a tele-calling sales job,"the more revenue you bring for the company, the more incentives you will get at the end of the month", which can be more than Rs 1.5 lakhs+ incentives per month is an added attractive job feature.. We are providing the best incentive structure in Kerala.
Duties :
Take prospects from initial contact to qualified phase over the phone.
Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them into sales.
Respond quickly to assigned leads
Contact the users who have installed our app and guide them with the best courses, they need to crack their dream job
