The National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) is inviting applications for the post of Academic Fellow (IP Law), on a contractual basis for the Joint Masters/LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law & Management Programme.
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: 01
Remuneration: Rs. 60,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B./LL.M. (IPR Spl.) with preferably an undergraduate degree in science/technology and demonstrable interest in IP (Intellectual Property) & Technology Law and International IP law.
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of IP litigation/IP prosecution/IP Transactional experience if the candidate has LL.B. and who is keen to explore an academic sabbatical.
OR
• Minimum 2 years of IP litigation/patent prosecution/IP Academic experience if the candidate has LL.M. (IPR specialization) with at least one journal publication and who is keen to explore an academic sabbatical.
