Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Legal Researcher or Litigation Paralegal to help prepare an Evidence Binder for a John Doe Injunction in the BC Supreme Court.
You will support in organizing factual data for our senior legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Evidence Archiving:
Identify and forensically log defamatory URLs across social media and legacy complaint sites.
Timeline Mapping:
Build a "Reputation vs. Harm" timeline linking recent career milestones to active business losses.
Takedown Logs:
Organize records of successful removals from other platforms to prove the content is "manifestly defamatory."
URL Scheduling:
Create a "Schedule A" list of specific links for a court-ordered Google de-indexing.
Requirements:
Familiarity with BC Supreme Court Civil Rules and CanLII.
Background in Civil Litigation (Torts/Defamation preferred).
NCA Candidates or Law Graduates currently in BC are ideal.
Ability to spot patterns in coordinated bot attacks or "John Doe" behavior.

This is an evidence-organization role. You will report to us and will not be providing legal advice or drafting formal court filings.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
