• Job Title: General Manager, Finance & Accounts - (Packaging / Manufacturing Background is a MUST)
• Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
• Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / CMD / Chairman
• Industry Preference: Manufacturing & Packaging - MUST
• Job Summary:
• Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports, Factory Compliances etc.
- Accounting Operations: Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring efficient processes across accounting functions (e.g., payroll, accounts payable/receivable).
- Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Budgeting & Monitoring: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and closely monitor budget performance throughout the year.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and funds.
- Tax & Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance; coordinate with external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Internal Controls & Risk Management: Implement and enforce internal controls and risk management practices.
- Financial Software Proficiency: Ensure effective use of financial software and ERP systems, optimizing processes and reporting.
- Leadership & Representation: Represent the finance function in interactions with the CFO, executive management, and the Board of Directors.
- Team Management of 10-15 team members but not limited.
• Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ICWA, CA (Inter) preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within the packaging - manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
- Leadership experience with excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and influence decision-making.
• Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹15-20 LPA (Commensurate with industry standards).
- Additional benefits as per company policy
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
• Benefits:
