Responsibilities : -
• Accounting & Bookkeeping : Handle daily entries, invoicing, reconciliations, ledgers & financial reporting.
• Statutory Compliance : Manage TDS, PT, PF, ESIC & GST filings, ensuring everything is accurate & on time.
• Payroll & Employee Compliance : Support payroll processing, attendance & leave compliance, and HRMS records.
• Office & Admin Support : Manage documentation, vendor coordination, approvals, and helpdesk processes.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting : Prepare MIS reports, assist with budgeting, and provide cost optimization insights'
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT & statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience in accounting operations & financial administration.
• A keen eye for detail, problem-solving mindset & ability to multitask.
