Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account and Finance Executive to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and possess an MBA in Finance.
Responsibilities:
• Financial Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks to improve financial performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
• Accounting Support:
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Generate ad-hoc financial reports as required.
• Present financial information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity positions.
• Forecast cash requirements and optimize cash management strategies.
• Coordinate with treasury functions to ensure adequate funding.
• Audit and Compliance:
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Implement best practices for risk management and internal controls.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial matters.
Qualifications:
• MBA in Finance or related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
