About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant with approximately 2 years of experience to join our finance team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to advance their accounting career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data.
Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
