Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key International accounts and domestic as well, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. We are currently looking for an account assistant to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships in the International market.
Job Responsibilities:
• Accounting of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Cash and Bank Reconciliation, Journal entries, Inter-company entries, etc.
• Preparing and Checking Bank Reconciliation Statement
• Preparing and accounting for monthly Provisions, Prepaid expenses, and Depreciation
• Reconciliation of Inter Branch accounts
• Preparation of monthly expense and other Balance sheet Schedules
• Assisting in monthly P&L and Balance sheet closure
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Experience working with international clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of MS Office, office management software, and Accounting Software like Xero and Quickbooks.
• B.Com/M.Com or similar Undergraduate or Post Graduate degree.
