Job Description
The candidate should have an experience of 2-4 years as a support staff.
Should be having a good Communication Skills
Having Good working knowledge in MS-Office (wordexcel) and mail Transactions and tally.
Should have sincerity towards work.
Should be having a good learning attitude
Recruitment Coordination and Scheduling
Track Supply order execution and vendor Supplied.
Preparation of Reports and tracking purchase sales using MS Excel.
Payment follow-up and collection follow-up.
Depositing of Petty cash management.
Managing Admin and Finance related work
Daily MIS Preparation, including GIS Based data Management
Accounts, Data Entry, Journal entry processing, Verification and Document Management Reconciliation of sales & purchase Complain Handling Coordination with Operation TeamOffice Management.
Required Candidate profile:
Balance sheet reconciliation
Intercompany accounting
Month end reporting
Good written and verbal communication & Microsoft Excel
Good knowledge in Accounts End - End and Accounting works.
Should be Graduate in Commerce and experience in hospital industry will be advantage.
Salary : No bar for the right candidate.
