Account Director

Experience conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues proactively.
Skills in mentoring and guiding direct reports to support their career growth.

Analytical & Data-Driven:

Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and providing insights to clients and internal teams.
Ability to develop and manage client budgets, including influencer fees, shipping/fulfillment fees, and paid media fees.
Experience in optimizing campaigns based on real-time data and feedback.

Operational Efficiency:

Experience in resource allocation and balancing workloads among team members.
Skills in evaluating and optimizing internal processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
Ability to oversee financial reporting logistics and ensure accuracy within relevant systems.

Business Development:

Experience supporting new business development, including developing pitches, presentations, and unique value propositions.
Understanding of new business scopes, strategies, and staffing plans.
Skills in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients and internal teams.

Proactive Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during campaign lifecycles.
Proactive identification and implementation of preventive measures to avoid potential problems.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and trends.
Ability to provide clients with regular updates on industry, platform, and strategy trends.
Experience in reviewing and approving influencer contracts, ensuring compliance with brand, legal, and industry standards.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Experience developing client presentations and proposals.
