Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and management of financial statements and reports.
Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Communicate with clients and vendors to address and resolve any billing or payment issues.
Provide support for audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounting processes.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field (internships included).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
