Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Gurugram ( https://g.co/kgs/8c1e5hb )
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing and Payments: Generate and manage invoices, track payment statuses, and ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
QuickBooks Management: Utilise QuickBooks for transaction entry, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Client Database Management: Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy between QuickBooks and bank statements.
Excel Proficiency: Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key financial metrics.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to billing and payments.
Documentation: Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Books and Excel. - Strong understanding of invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
