Account Executive

Job Title: Account Executive Location: Borivali West, Mumbai Company: Infinity Freight Services India Pvt Ltd. Experience Required: Minimum 2 Year Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000 per Month. Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Off) How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated CV to [email protected] Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in a CA firm, who is well-versed in GST filing, TDS calculation, and sales & purchase entry. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background and be familiar with compliance and statutory work. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner Calculate and manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing Record day-to-day sales and purchase transactions in accounting software Handle bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and account finalization support Assist in statutory audits and respond to client/internal queries Ensure compliance with income tax, GST, and other applicable regulations Maintain organized documentation for all accounting activities Key Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations Experience in working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm is mandatory Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks / Excel Good communication and analytical skills Ability to handle deadlines and multitask efficiently Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / Any relevant degree in Finance or Accounting Minimum 2 year of accounting experience, specifically in a CA firm Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): DO you have Experience working in CA Firm Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
