Job Background
To assist the Manager Commercials to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business.
Principal Responsibilities
To assist the Manager Commercial in the following:
The overall responsibilities
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Prepare budget and financial forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Conduct month-end and year-end close process
• Collect, analyze and summarize account information
• Compute taxesand prepare tax returns,
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded in Tally.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Develop periodic reports for management
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
• Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
Knowledge & Experience
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Tally)
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Freshers
Skills
• Finance , tax acumen
• Ability to work with Government and other stakeholders of Business
• Technology savvy with experience selecting and overseeing software installations and managing relationships with software vendors; knowledge of accounting and reporting software
• Commitment to training programs that maximize individual and organization goals across the organization including best practices in human resources activities
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Commerce
