Job Description:
We are a CA firm looking for an Accountant to manage the outsourced Account Receivables functions of Companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing the accounts receivable function, and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the outsourced Accounts Receivable function of Companies
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally and Excel
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and present financial reports to management as required
• Collaborate with the companies finance team and other stakeholders to resolve any issues
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any queries or concerns they may have
• Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance
· Reconciliation of TDS receivables in books with Form 26AS.
· Tracking of export receipts for SOFTEX Filings and EDPMS set-off.
· Provide Sales Register each month with export details for filing SOFTEX forms.
· Assisting in GSTR Returns filing:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a CA firm
• Excellent knowledge of Tally and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
