We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Accounts team as an Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance team in various day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile financial transactions and accounts regularly to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Stay up to date with accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
