Job Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing financial services to meet their needs. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning
• Must be having knowledge in Excel and Tally
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts and develop strong relationships with customers
• Provide financial advice and solutions to clients based on their specific requirements
• Analyze and evaluate financial data to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients
• Negotiate terms and conditions for loan agreements and other financial services
• Monitor and manage loan portfolios to ensure timely repayment and minimize risk

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Suggest and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
