Job Description:
Vishal Foods is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to lead our Accounts department and contribute to our continued success. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
· Ensure all entries are up-to-date and reflect the true state of the company’s finances.
· Utilize Prime accounting software for recording transactions and generating financial reports.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoicing, payments, and account queries.
Prepare and submit regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and financial reviews.
Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in Accounts departments.
· Strong proficiency in Prime accounting software.
· Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
· Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Email and Computer use.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
