The ideal candidate will possess strong Documentation & Query management for Fund Raising Proposal.
Accounts & MIS Accounts Finalization and Ind AS work
Interaction with Auditors and compliance with observations (Statutory, Internal auditor)
Handling Accounts & compliances for Group Companies
Coordination with Internal, IND-AS and Statutory auditors and external Institutions.
Compliance for the requirements or queries of Financial Institutions or Investor Relationship.
Completion & Tracking RERA compliance in Finance. RERA Compliance Reporting.
MIS preparation in Finance & Accounts as per the regular schedule and on need base.
Assisting Accounts Team in Books closures Allied work in Accounts & Finance
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Qualified CA ( Fresher ) , Inter CA or MBA (Finance) with 0-2 years' experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
