Roles and Responsibilities:-
Experience in Tally Prime
Managing daily accounting and banking activities
Managing Vendors invoices
Handling bank related matters including interaction with bankers
Preparation of MIS
Preparation & review of GST Preparation, review & Finalizing RERA Compliance
Deduction & Calculation of TDS as per Income Tax act.
Preparation of monthly GST returns, Reconciliation of GST returns with books of accounts.
Candidate are expected to handle accounts department independently
Conduct scrutiny of ledger accounts and ensure all entries are accurate and properly classified.
Perform vendor ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
Reconcile contractor accounts and track advance payments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to multi task and work independently.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
Ant other task as and when assign by superior from time to time.
Monitor and manage fund flow, including disbursement and bank reconciliations.
Candidate working with Real Estate Developers will be preferred.
