Job Description
SUMMARY: The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for meeting revenue and market share goals in their territory, including both retail and wholesale orders. The AE will build and maintain relationships with key physicians, patients, payers, and other clients, and educate them on necessary medical documentation for equipment orders. The role requires effective representation of the company's mission and goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Achieve or exceed growth, revenue, and market share targets.
Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet quotas.
Write and update a Territory Business Plan (TBP) with sales projections and account goals.
Educate clients on product benefits and documentation requirements.
Resolve customer issues and maintain inventory in the territory.
Track orders and manage the pre-authorization and billing process.
Attend trade shows, company meetings, and complete necessary training.
Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of related experience in the medical industry.
Knowledge of rehabilitation product sales (preferred).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to handle moderate to high stress.
Regularly sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to use computer displays and keyboards.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Typical office, car, and patient home environments with low to moderate noise.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No supervisory responsibilities.
