Key Responsibilities
Consultation & Guidance: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from parents and students, understanding their academic challenges and recommending the best-suited tutoring programs or learning paths.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with parents and students to ensure high satisfaction and customer retention.
Lead Conversion: Effectively guide prospective clients through the counseling process, addressing queries, explaining service packages, and meeting monthly enrollment targets.
Tutor Coordination: Work closely with our internal team and registered tutors to ensure seamless alignment between student requirements and teacher expertise.
Feedback & Reporting: Gather regular feedback from parents and students to improve service delivery and maintain accurate daily logs of counseling sessions and conversion metrics.
