• Booking expense invoices with GST and TDS
• Updating records in our in house system i.e. MLD
• Sending invoices and Payment updates to vendors
• Updating Payment and sending payment confirmations to Vendors
• Updating Creditors reports
Primary Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to ask right questions and probe to get relevant information
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable / Payment processes
• Hands-on with MS Excel & Tally
• Focus on results and query solving
