Position: Executive – Accounts Location: Belapur Experience: 2–3 years (preferably with experience under a Chartered Accountant) Key Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally ERP and hands-on experience in accounting entries Notice Period: Immediate joiners or those available within 15–20 days Job Description: Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Handling petty cash and recording voucher entries in Tally ERP Verifying and processing monthly conveyance expenses Maintaining bank records in Excel format Preparing daily collection reports and outstanding payment lists Managing vendor invoices, vendor payments, customer payments, and cash entries Ensuring proper TDS deduction on accounts payable (including salary, rent, professionals, and contractors) Verifying vendor invoices and processing payments Vouching cash and bank books, sales and purchase registers, and maintaining debtors and creditors ledgers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
