We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to strengthen our finance and accounting operations at our Dombivli office.
Job Summary
The Accounts Executive will oversee daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, manage statutory compliance, and support the finance team in preparing key financial reports. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tally ERP, GST filings, and accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
Handle daily accounting transactions, including invoicing, receipts, payments, and vendor settlements
Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts accurately and on time
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently
Prepare and file GST returns and other statutory tax filings
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing financial reports and analytical data for management review
Coordinate with internal and external auditors; provide required documentation
Record, verify, and maintain accurate data in accounting systems
Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a related field
4–5 years of proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar accounting role
Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory)
Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and Income Tax regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong MS Excel skills (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism
