Overview
We’re looking for an organized and driven Accounts Executive to join our growing team at
our company. The Accounts Executive will work closely with our other accountants and
operations personnel and handle day-to-day bookkeeping.
Responsibilities
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities with coordination and completion of annual audits and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
• Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement.
• Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, Payments, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly GST Working, Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & creditors, and Handling petty Cash Records.
• Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep Software properly
• Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
• Analyse and report on financial status, including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation, and analysis
• Prepare and file taxes for companies and individuals by analyzing all company assets, income, anticipated expenses, and liabilities to reach a total tax obligation for the year. After the analysis is complete, suggest recommendations on reducing total tax liabilities in the future.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Required Skills
We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:
• A Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience or Semi Qualified CA
• 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with accounting software
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Highly detail-oriented.
