We are looking for a determined, motivated Senior Account Manager in US Staffing sector to add in our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage key strategic accounts with a focus on increasing sales and market share
· Interact with decision-makers on a daily basis to discuss current and upcoming project/staffing needs
· Pursue, maintain, and grow sales within assigned strategic accounts/geographic areas
· Review and qualify candidates received from the recruiting team and submit candidates to the customer
· Maintain and update all communication on our CRM and ATS and submit Sales Reports to Management.
· Coordinate with the proposal team and provide insights to improve the win ratio
· Collaborate effectively with internal recruiting and delivery teams by identifying & prioritizing daily staffing requirements, providing customer intel, presenting top candidates to your client(s), providing interview feedback and ensuring we maintain a high interview-to-fill ratio.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· MUST have at least 5 years of experience working with a US-based company providing IT Staffing Services or other IT Service-Oriented solutions to Commercial or Public Sector clients
· Account Management experience
· Experience working with onshore and offshore recruiting/delivery teams
· Proven success closing Staffing and Consulting deals
· Experience pursuing new prospective customers and closing business
· Must be able to effectively manage existing client relationships and help drive more business from existing accounts
· Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must have Excellent client presentation skills
· Must be a ‘hunter’ and aggressive towards closing new business.
· Possess demonstrable selling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
· Must have an entrepreneur, relentless determination to make things happen
· Passion for client servicing
