Job Description
1. Responsible for Monthly Preparation & analysis of MIS, EBIT, Budget, per
case profitability, Sales branch/Mfg-Plant.
2. To ensure the fixed Assets verification &updating FAR of plant periodically.
3. Responsible for Statutory Audit/Internal audit/Finalization of Accounts
4. Ensuring statutory compliances regarding taxes like TDS, VAT, and Service
Tax etc.
5. To Scrutiny in SAP-FI/SD/MM/PPH
6. To monitor of physical stock verification of RM/PM/FG of Plant/Branch
7. Co-ordination for any other issues in SAP with HO
8. Monitoring for BRS, Claims and Credit notes
+. To ensure timely supplier payment, statutory payments
10. To monitor of vendors/debtors reconciliation periodically of plant/branch
11. Implementation of the changes in the MRP of our products.
12. Inventory Management To avoid expiry of stocks in the godown.
13. Keep a constant follow up with debtors for recovery of outstanding payments.
14. Keep a watch on the costs incurred (on freight, overtime etc) and highlight any
kind of abnormal costs.
15. Payments to vendors timely and aging and reconciliation of the same.
