Relations clients

Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et nouveaux
Offrir un service client personnalisé et de haut niveau
Devenir un conseiller de confiance pour vos clients
Développement des ventes

Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients sur votre territoire
Identifier des opportunités de croissance et dépasser les objectifs de vente
Négocier et conclure des ententes gagnant-gagnant
Organisation & suivi

Planifier vos visites clients et activités de vente
Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour des rapports de ventes
Expertise produit & représentation

Suivre des formations continues sur nos produits
Représenter Tootsi lors d’événements, salons professionnels et activités promotionnelles
Profil recherché

Formation collégiale ou universitaire en administration ou expérience équivalente
Expérience en vente, développement des affaires ou service à la clientèle
À l’aise avec la prospection, les appels à froid et la conversion de clients
Excellentes compétences en communication
Anglais requis | Français un atout
Autonome, ambitieux(se), persuasif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats
Permis de conduire valide et passeport (déplacements requis)

Your Role at Tootsi

Are you driven by relationships, sales growth, and closing deals?
As an Account Manager at Tootsi, you’ll own your territory, grow existing accounts, prospect new clients, and deliver a top-tier customer experience — all while earning base salary + commission.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationships

Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Provide exceptional service and become a trusted advisor
Sales & Business Growth

Prospect and develop new business within your territory
Identify opportunities and exceed sales targets
Negotiate and close sales agreements
Planning & Reporting

Plan client visits and manage your sales pipeline
Track activities and maintain accurate sales reports
Product Knowledge & Representation

Stay up to date through ongoing product training
Represent Tootsi at trade shows and industry events
What We’re Looking For

College or University degree in Business or equivalent experience
Sales, business development, or customer service experience
Comfortable with prospecting and lead conversion
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English | French is an asset
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
Valid driver’s license, passport, and ability to travel
