About AMBIT- Ambit is a leading provider of financial advice and capital offering customized solutions in the areas of Investment Banking (Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets), Institutional Equities & Research, Asset Management, Wealth Management, and SME Lending.
Designation : Account Manager
Location : Mumbai
Education : MBA/PGDM in Finance
Experience : 3- 4 years
Functional skills-
• Basic understanding of financial statements and ability to interpret them.
• Basic understanding of an equity transaction, stages, process and documentation required
• Strong presentation skills – creating / formatting powerpoint presentations
• Strong business modeling, analytical and Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English language.
Roles & Responsibilities-
• Would be working in the Alternates / Direct deals team
• Drafting and editing support in SPA and other transaction documents
• Overall transaction execution support documentation
• Analyze large data sets, culling out data using various databases like Bloomberg, Capitaline, etc
• Building and tracking internal databases
• Assist in Financial modeling & valuations
• Preparing client presentations, pitches, reports
• Overall assisting the team in various projects / transactions
