Job Description
You will be working on the influencer programs of some great consumer accounts, from major global brands to fast moving Aussie start-ups. You will have big brand experience, having worked within either a social or integrated agency.
You’ll work closely with the junior and senior members of the team, demonstrate a confident and trusted communications style and help to manage end to end campaigns.
Who are we?
Our Social & Influencer team at One Green Bean is growing and constantly evolving to stay ahead of the curve. We have specialists who focus on social media strategy, community management, content production, influencer management, analytics and evaluation. We love working alongside our PR Beans and pride ourselves on having a strong culture that encourages creativity, innovation and general good times around the office.
We’re looking for someone who epitomises One Green Bean’s four core values. This means you will:
Always be two steps ahead – of your clients, of your team, other agencies, the industry, even of yourself. We’re a fast-paced, ever-evolving agency and you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable and solutions focused to not just keep up, but stay ahead. And by the way, we work quickly, not carelessly. Attention to detail is critical.
Make sht happen – It doesn’t matter what your job title is, you’ll need to be able to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when there’s a job to be done.
Be a big dreaming realist – we love big thinkers, dreamers and What If-ers. Positive, passionate people who will never settle for anything less than excellence in their work – be it a big creative idea, a media strategy or a budget. But this must be balanced with reality. Be as creative as you like, but never sell anyone, be it a client or a colleague, an impossibility.
Have ambition without ego – perhaps the most important of our values. Be ambitious. Be restless. Be awesome. But check your ego at the door.
