The Role
In this role you will find yourself managing a portfolio of customers across the entire Brennan solution stack, ensuring they receive a seamless experience at every interaction.
The role will have two primary responsibilities: driving the customer experience and ensuring patch retention and growth to meet set targets. The successful candidate will have to have a good balance between customer service, commercial acumen and a strong desire to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers to identify new business opportunities, including cross-sell and up-sell prospects.
Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for a defined portfolio across New South Wales.
Build a deep understanding of each customer’s business, lead strategic planning sessions, road mapping activities and workshops to demonstrate how our technology can address their goals and challenges.
Prepare high-quality proposals, contracts and tender responses for customers within your portfolio.
Manage bids end-to-end, collaborating closely with Presales, Service Delivery and leadership teams to design solutions aligned to customer requirements.
Continuously develop expertise across our product range and clearly articulate value propositions to customers.
What skills and experience you bring:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT account management.
Prior experience working within an MSP, Service Integrator, Consulting or outsourced service delivery environment.
Strong consultative sales background with the ability to uncover and shape customer requirements.
Experience presenting, influencing and engaging effectively at C-suite and senior executive levels.
Commercial exposure and/or experience with Presales or Solution Architecture across multiple domains, including IT, cloud, data, networking, unified communications, voice, or telephony.
