About the Role
VRIZE is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to support and grow client partnerships within our technology services organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments — no technical background required.
You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth delivery, strong communication, and long-term account success.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
• Coordinate across internal teams to support project delivery and execution
• Monitor account health, including KPIs, performance, and client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and expansion
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
• Support regular client touchpoints such as status updates and QBRs
