Payable Management:
Expenses, Stock & payments accounting
Payments Processing via Banks
Handling of Purchase orders
Invoicing booking
Support MIS Reporting
Support GST Reconciliation
Support Monthly TDS payments
Reconciliation of accounts with Partners
Application of payments to Vendor account
Monitor TDS deduction and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time
Analyse all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to
ensure accuracy & completeness of provisions
Commerce Business Support:
Invoicing & Eway billl creation for Commerce & BOSE
Receipt accounting
Accounting for Consumption of Inventory
Receivable reports & Collection follow up
Support MIS Reporting
Support GST Return
Inventory control:
To understand the current form of inventory control
To evaluate the gaps and standardised the process for manual inventory control which provide easy accessibility of information during monthly MIS and statutory
Requirement
Audit & IFC:
Deal with Internal & External Auditor for facilitating audits
Monthly closure of books of accounts
Period end closure of ERP
Assist team in creating various MIS report for stakeholder
