Responsibilities
Knowledge of Billing tools – preferably NetSuite and Recurly
Setting up/ Updating client accounts in the system Generating invoices, managing POs
Maintaining Tax documents
Understanding of Business and Operational processes
Experience of handling AR Aging
Experience of collecting payments via portals
Experience of Cash collection in Bank and payment application (Credit Card, ACH , Wire transfer, Bank Transfer PayPal etc) to open invoices as well as cash reconciliation.
Experience in creating proforma invoices, generating statements, payments reports, credit reports, Overages reports
