• lsFluent English (Mandatory skill) with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities to interact effectively with clients and team member
• s.Proficient in payment follow-ups (Mandatory skill) and ensuring timely processing of payments and reconciliation
• s.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing financial data with accuracy and efficienc
• y.In-depth experience in accounts receivable processes, including tracking and resolving outstanding payment
• s.Effective communication skills essential for working collaboratively across teams and department
• s.Experience in client communication to address inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues promptl
• y.Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial informatio
