• Adherence to the MIS timelines with the internal team as well as with the Management.
Assistance in automation of the E2E D2C and Marketplace's O2C processes. Ensure the O2C SOPs are accurately designed and effectively followed by the team. Ensuring timely reporting and resolution of the sales and refunds discrepancies with cross-team.
Identification and highlighting the tech improvements to the concerned backend team for the AR processes and ensuring its timely resolution by the said team.
