Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage luxury accounts and build strong relationships with key consumers in assigned geographic areas.
Act as an in-market authority on our tequila portfolio, delivering inspirational trainings and tastings.
Collaborate with Area Managers and distributors to manage brand allocations and track PODs and back-bar placements.
Participate in wholesaler and key account reviews, ensuring expert training and emotional incentives for distributors and key account staff.
Develop and maintain target lists of on-premise luxury accounts and premier retailers.
Work with events teams to create unique experiences and reach Clase Azul consumers.
Manage amenity programs in select luxury hotel and resort properties.
Identify and activate third-party partnerships to reinforce luxury positioning and access target consumers.
Regularly report activities against targets, competitor, and market activity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous account management experience.
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Familiarity with the spirits or luxury industry is a plus.
