Roles and Responsibilities: Industry
• Prepare GST/HST/sales tax documents and returns Account
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize client financial performance.
• Lead and oversee a team of Account Managers, ensuring their performance and Employment Type
productivity in delivering international accounting services. Full-time
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of
contact for key clients in Canada and the USA.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend additional services to clients to enhance their financial well-being.
• Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize workloads within the team, ensuring efficient client service delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Require Skills:
• Minimum of 3 - 10 years of experience in accounting
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of international accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify financial opportunities and risks.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex financial matters.
Education and Qualifications:
• CA/CA Inter/MBA-Finance/M.COM
• Professional accounting certification is a plus.
• Software knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, Receipt Bank (Dext), Hubdoc, SAGE, CCH, IRIS, CaseWare, Advanced Excel
