We are seeking a Claims Account Supervisor to join our Injury Management Unit. The successful candidate will oversee the provision of effective and efficient workers compensation accounts management. Key responsibilities include supervising the claim accounts team, ensuring claims are entered accurately and conform to time requirements, and collaborating with the IM Unit to deliver services, systems, and processes efficiently.
Requirements
Gaining a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check prior to employment and renewing it every five years.
Completing RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course, updating it every three years.
