Position - Manager – Accounts (Taxation)
Key responsibilities:
· Assistance in timely filing of GST returns, payment calculation and GST audit for various states
· Ensuring 100% compliance state wise branch updation on GST portal & replying notices related to GST registration
· Assistance in preparing draft submission based on detailed research for proceedings GST, Income tax & TDS assessment and appeal.
· Assistance in finalization of withholding tax position for various domestic and non-resident transactions. This will include detailed research of tax laws, case laws, and DTAA analysis.
· Assistance in computation of direct tax payment (TDS, advance tax & SA tax), return preparing, tax audit, etc.
