About The Role...
Looking to start your Accountancy career in Summer 2026? Are you curious and inquisitive? Do you enjoy asking questions and working out how things tick?
Whether you have just completed your A Levels, your Degree or just had some time out – our pathway that can help you work towards being a qualified accountant!
Our Outsourced Accountancy teams are based at our London office. As an Accountancy Trainee, you'll be working with a range of entrepreneurial, owner managed businesses from Early Stage through to SME, getting involved with a variety of opportunities from management accounts and VAT returns through to the preparation of statutory accounts.
The start date for this role will be late August/early September 2026

• If you are a graduate our minimum requirement would be a completed degree and having gained a minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent with grades BBC (with a minimum of one A Level in numerical or business-related subjects)
• If you are a school leaver our minimum requirement would be to have completed a minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent with grades BBC (with a minimum of one A Level in numerical or business-related subjects)

• Able to multitask - processing data, chasing information and prioritising your own workload
• Play all in to support the wider team
• Are excited about Accounts and driven to succeed in the role and qualification
About The Day To Day…
• Assisting clients to ensure they meet their compliance regulations
• Using market leading accounting software to help our clients understand their financial performance and position
• Support on implementing new technology within clients accounting systems
Alongside the day-to-day, you will also study for your ACA Chartered Accountant Qualification through attending college courses and on the job training.
The pathway to qualification takes around 3 years if you’re a Graduate - or 4 years as a School Leaver – and you’ll be supported along the way by your colleagues, Managers and our dedicated Student Support Manager.
