As the Accountant responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, administrative tasks, and attending to office visitors, your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. Here's an overview of your key duties:
• Accounting Responsibilities.
• Administrative Responsibilities.
• Office Visitor Management.
• Communication and Collaboration.
• Logistics
• Procurements
• Adherence to Policies.
• GST filling.
With day-to-day responsibilities like -
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Handle day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Processing purchase & maintaining logistics
• Handle the accounting responsibilities associated with the sister concerns of Makers’ Muse.
