The IC3 role requires expertise in EPM applications with hands on experience of the end-to-end applications functionality. This will be a Project Management role for EPM applications with ability to plan, initiate, monitor and implement projects which enables GCO to move forward in automations and process simplification, work on special projects or assignments through resource sharing, along with the current role which includes MVP analysis, collaborate with OAL/PD for implementation, training and documentation, post go live support including trouble shooting, user access management, assessment of enhancement requirement and discuss with Management and PD to get the new features on the release roadmap which impacts user experience and automation. The role expectation also includes AI / ML learning and work with business groups to understand the requirement & transform into automations impacting the close cycle.
Objective - Focus to drive transformation in business processes through technology-enabled solutions, eliminating manual processes. Maximize efficiency and effectiveness, make the smart and quick decisions, support change initiatives in GCO and across CAO/GBF Orgs as required.
Total Years of Experience :Minimum 8+ Years

• Provide / support innovation and automated solution, to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with different stakeholders and drive the change / automation
• Document best practices
• Drives transformation and support change management
