As an Accountant at RMS Stonex, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, overseeing billing processes, maintaining stock records, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting transactions. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth financial operations of our business and support our continued growth in the marble industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management: Handle daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Billing & Invoicing: Prepare invoices, monitor payments, and ensure accurate billing records.
Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of marble stock, purchases, and inventory tracking.
Taxation & Compliance: Assist with GST filings, tax compliance, and financial regulations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
Supplier & Client Relations: Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding invoices, payments, and account queries.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, billing, and stock maintenance, preferably in the marble industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Personal Attributes: Honest, hardworking, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Location Preference: Only candidates from Kishangarh or Ajmer will be considered.
