Financial Management: - Oversee and ensure the accuracy of invoicing, WIP, job profitability, and payroll for the services portfolio. - Manage and review all financial transactions related to the services portfolio, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. 2. Business Partnering: - Collaborate with Profit Centre Owners to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive profitability. - Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance the financial performance of the services portfolio. 3. Reporting & Forecasting: - Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and analyses on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. - Monitor key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets. 4. Process Improvement: - Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes related to invoicing, WIP, job profitability, and payroll. - Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. 5. Software Proficiency: - Utilize Dynamics Business Central for financial management and reporting tasks. - Ensure the effective use of financial software to streamline operations and improve data accuracy. Education/Qualification CA, CPA or ACCA qualification is required. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Accountant in the engineering, construction, or similar industry. High proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal. Experience with Dynamics Business Central is highly desirable. Familiarity with the boiler industry is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
