• Record Keeping: Accurately record financial transactions in the general ledger and other accounting records.
• Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger and other accounts.
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, managing paperwork, and answering phone calls.
• Invoice and Receipt Management: Process invoices and receipts, ensuring accurate recording and payment.
• Tax Preparation: Assist with tax payments and filing.
• Financial Data Maintenance: Update and maintain financial databases.
• Account Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
