Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to oversee daily administrative tasks and manage financial records. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, be organized, and possess strong communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties: Manage office supplies, inventory, and facility-related vendors Handle documentation, filing (physical and digital), and record-keeping Coordinate internal meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports. Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.. Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting processes. Stay current on changes in accounting regulations and best practices. Handle GST Returns /TDS and income tax filings. hands on experience in tally prime software properly. A strong client payment follow-up is necessary to ensure payment. Know how to maintain the travel expenses and petty cash. Strong Documentation needed. Assist the operations and sales teams with their documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and office administration Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Knowledge of basic taxation (GST/TDS) and compliance requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication skills in English and Hindi
